This thing is amazing, It takes a reading instantly, it is easy to clean and it is super accurate.
I have used it so much since I got it as a Christmas present from my in house taste tester.I don’t know what I would do without it; I no longer overcook my meat, which is great!
They are a little pricey but totally worth it!!
