Hawaiian Salad

My Grandma Clarke always made this salad for big holiday dinners, which means we only ate it at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I decided to make a big turkey dinner for Easter this year and just had to make this salad to go along with.

It is more like a dessert but it I just can’t imagine having turkey without it.

What you need,

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mini colored marshmallows
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can mandarin orange slices, drained

In a medium bowl gently fold together all the ingredients until well combined. Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and stash it in the fridge overnight.

This salad is so freaking good. I love it!
