Lemon Cloud Pie

I made this pie for our Easter dinner dessert. I knew that after I stuffed my face with Turkey and all the yummy things that go along with it, I would want a lighter dessert.

This pie is crazy easy! It is light and fluffy and tastes great.
It was the perfect dessert after a big meal!

What you need,

For the crust,
1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup melted butter

Mix the melted butter with the sugar and crumbs until well moistened.
Reserve about 3 tablespoons of the crumbs to decorate the top of the pie.
Press the rest of the crumbs into a lightly greased pie plate.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before filling.

For the pie,
1 (6oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8oz.) container of Cool Whip

In a large bowl whisk the thawed lemonade with the condensed milk. Mix well. Gently fold in the cool whip until just combined.
Pour the mixture into the chilled crust. Sprinkle the reserved graham crumbs on top of the pie.
Chill the whole pie for at least 2 hours, I did mine overnight.

This is such a quick and easy spring dessert. Great for any occasion!

Hope you all had a great Easter!

Jen
