Chocolate Peanut Butter Crescent Rolls

So there I was standing in Safeway the other day and I saw these,

They gave me an idea...a wonderful, awful idea.
Because I am always looking for some way to stuff peanut butter and chocolate into my face. I thought to myself, why can't I stuff these puffy little crescent rolls with peanut butter and chocolate, then eat them while they are still molten lava hot?

So I did...then I died.
AH-MAZING!  Not to mention easy!

All you need,

1 can crescent rolls
1/2 cup or so of peanut butter
1/2 cup or so of chocolate chips
open the can of crescent rolls and lay them out but before you roll them up, spread on some peanut butter and sprinkle on some chocolate chips.

Then roll up like normal. Put them on a silpat lined baking sheet and bake as directed on that crazy little cardboard tube. (375 degrees for 13 minutes)
You end up with this,

I am drooling just looking at this picture! Needless to say these didn't last long in my house. They are superb warm but just as good cold I thought. You can toss one in the microwave for a few seconds just to melt that creamy centre bit.

Go to the store now and get a tube of these flaky rolls. I am thinking Nutella in my next batch! These are trouble, I tell you!
