Crispy Oven French Fries

I love French Fries! I could eat them every day...which is BAD! This is a  healthier option of the usual deep fried french fry. They have lots of flavor and they get nice and crispy. Plus you can put whatever seasoning on them you like.
Here is what you will need,
2 large russet potatoes
11/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. season salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. parsley
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a sheet pan well.
Cut potatoes into size of fries you want, I do wedges sometimes but tonight I felt more like a regular fry. Put fries into a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle on seasonings. Make sure to toss well to coat.
Place in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Flip over the fries after 10 minutes they should be golden brown, if not give them another minute or 2.
Cook for another 10 minutes on the other side, they should be fork tender, brown and crispy.
These make a great side with a barbecued hot dog or hamburger!
They are so easy and quick. If you have never made your own fries before give them a try!
